Every practice below serves one goal: machines that keep producing sellable parts.

  • Validate under YOUR real settings. Production samples run on your printers, not a reference machine — record printer model, nozzle, temperatures and result before any volume commitment.
  • Lot information retained. Lot identification traces finished spools back to raw material. If a job misbehaves, there is a reference to investigate — not a general answer.
  • Repeat availability planned early. The next batch is planned before the current one is consumed. Lead time is confirmed in writing — around 10–15 days standard, subject to material, color, quantity, packaging and schedule.
  • Vacuum-sealed for farm storage. Each spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant, so inventory held between jobs stays protected in farm storage.

How do production samples work?
Share your printer models, material, color and the kind of jobs you run. Test samples are available so you can validate under your real settings; sample pricing, quantity and timing are confirmed per request.
What happens if a batch behaves differently on our machines?
Every spool carries lot identification that traces back to raw material, backed by written inspection records and a written complaint procedure. Keep the lot number from the affected spool — it is the starting point of any investigation.
How do we keep long-running jobs supplied?
Plan repeat availability before the current batch is consumed. Standard production lead time is around 10–15 days, subject to material, color, quantity, packaging and schedule — confirmed in writing so it can go into your production plan.
Which materials can we run on the farm?
PLA, PLA+, Matte PLA and PETG across 21 current series — from basic solids to silk, rainbow and carbon/glass-fiber options. Everything ships at 1.75mm with a stated tolerance of ±0.02mm, 1kg per spool, vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
