01 — The PETG Range

Seven Series Across Durability, Color and Function

PETG is the durability play in a filament range: tough, often translucent, and at home on functional parts as much as on display shelves. The seven series span basic colors, high-saturation and metallic effects, and two fiber-reinforced grades.

02 — Raw Material & Settings

Durability Starts with Resin, Not Marketing

At the assessed manufacturing partner, production starts at resin silos and pellet handling — 30 pellet dryers prepare material before it reaches the extruders, and lot identification traces every finished spool back to raw material. That traceability is what makes PETG consistency auditable order after order.

  • Nozzle temperature: 220–255°C (from current labels).
  • Bed temperature: 50–80°C (from current labels).
  • Diameter 1.75mm, stated tolerance ±0.02mm, 1kg per spool.
  • Vacuum-sealed with desiccant — PETG performance depends on dry filament.

04 — Before You Ask

PETG Sourcing, Answered Directly

What temperature should I set for PETG?
From current labels: nozzle 220–255°C and bed 50–80°C. Fiber-filled series (PETG-CF, PETG-GF) may need adjusted settings and benefit from wear-resistant nozzles — confirm on your hardware during sample testing.
When should my buyers choose PETG over PLA?
PETG suits parts where durability and some translucency matter — functional prints, fixtures, outdoor-adjacent use. PLA remains the easier choice for decorative and everyday prints. For a full comparison, see Material Selection.
How is PETG protected from moisture?
Every 1kg spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant in a transparent bag and packed in an individual box before cartoning. Dry storage after opening remains the end user’s responsibility — worth noting in your retail guidance.
Can I trial PETG before volume?
Quotation bands start at 10+ spools and selected in-stock products may support small trial orders. Production lead time is around 10–15 days, subject to material, color, quantity, packaging and the confirmed schedule.

Test the filament before you scale the order.
