Build a Focused PLA Filament Range Before You Add More SKUs

Start with repeat-volume solids, then test Marble, Rainbow, Wood, Chroma, Thermo, Glow or PLA-CF where your market needs differentiation. All nine series use the same 1.75mm / 1kg format for easier comparison.

01 — The PLA Range

Start with Core PLA, Then Earn the Right to Add Effects

A broad catalog does not require a broad first order. Use Basic and Macaron Basic for the opening assortment, then add effect or reinforced series after customer demand and sample testing support the decision.

02 — Settings & Tolerance

PLA Print Settings, from Current Labels

Every PLA series ships on the same dimensional standard, and print testing is part of production at the assessed manufacturing partner — 15 test 3D printers are recorded on site, with written inspection records and lot traceability to raw material.

  • Nozzle temperature: 200–230°C (from current labels).
  • Bed temperature: 45–65°C (from current labels).
  • Diameter 1.75mm with a stated tolerance of ±0.02mm.
  • 1kg per spool, vacuum-sealed with desiccant against moisture uptake.

03 — Typical Applications

Match Each PLA Series to a Buyer Job

Use these channel roles to narrow the catalog. The final assortment should follow your customers, price tiers and test results — not the number of series available.

04 — Before You Ask

PLA Sourcing, Answered Directly

What temperature should I set for PLA?
From current labels: nozzle 200–230°C and bed 45–65°C. Series with fillers or effects (Wood, Glow, PLA-CF) may behave differently on your hardware — confirm settings during sample testing and record the printer, nozzle and temperatures used.
How is moisture handled before shipping?
Each 1kg spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant in a transparent bag and packed in an individual box (21.1 × 19.8 × 6.3 cm) before cartoning, so the filament leaves the line dry.
Can I start with a trial order?
Quotation bands start at 10+ spools, and selected in-stock products may support small trial orders. Feasible minimums depend on material, color and packaging and are confirmed per project.
Can I get a custom PLA color?
Yes. Matching works best from a physical sample; Pantone codes and reference images are also possible, with a reasonable difference allowance. A color-matching fee may apply and may be waived for qualifying volume orders. See Custom Colors.
