01 — Product Range

Build Your Range Without Changing the Core Spool Format

Compare four material families and 21 series on the same 1.75mm, stated ±0.02mm tolerance and 1kg spool format. Start with the SKUs your customers already buy, then add effects after demand is proven.

02 — Custom Colors

Approve the Color Before You Commit to Volume

Start with a physical color sample whenever possible. Pantone codes or reference images can also guide matching, then a test sample gives your team something physical to review before volume production.

  • Physical sample preferred; Pantone or image references accepted.
  • Slight differences may occur by material, batch and display settings.
  • Color confirmed with a test sample before volume production.

03 — OEM / ODM

Turn an Approved Filament into Your Own Shelf-Ready SKU

Coordinate the label, color box, spool, barcode and instruction manual around the product your team has approved. Customized packaging uses a reference MOQ of 1,000 spools per design, with component requirements confirmed separately.

  • Labels, color boxes, spools, barcodes and manuals.
  • Packaging components confirmed with their own minimums and lead times.
  • Final requirements, costs and lead time confirmed per project.

Sourcing Safeguards

Three Things We Handle So Total Cost Stays Predictable

A usable quotation accounts for repeat-batch consistency, packing, MOQ, lead time and documents — not just the price of one spool. Here is how each is covered.

Consistency You Can Verify

Inspection records and lot identification let your team compare each volume batch against the sample you approved, and trace any complaint back to its lot.

Packing That Arrives Saleable

Every spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant and boxed individually, with published unit and carton dimensions so you can plan freight and avoid rework.

Clear Terms Before You Commit

MOQ is separated by filament, color, label and box; documents are matched to the product scope; and we suggest starting with repeat-volume materials before adding effects.

04 — Diameter Control

Check the Lot Records Behind the ±0.02mm Label Claim

When feeding behavior changes, a label claim alone does not explain the cause. The assessed partner records inspection activity and lot identification, giving your team a defined evidence path when comparing a volume batch with the sample you approved.

  • Stated tolerance ±0.02mm at 1.75mm across all 21 series.
  • 8 QA/QC inspectors covering every production line.
  • Lot identification traces finished spools back to raw material.

05 — Moisture Control

Know How Each Spool Is Protected Before You Plan Freight

Every 1kg spool is sealed in a transparent vacuum bag with desiccant and packed in an individual box before it reaches the export carton. That gives purchasing, warehouse and sales teams one packing standard to plan around.

  • Each spool vacuum-sealed with desiccant in a transparent bag.
  • Individual box per spool: 21.1 × 19.8 × 6.3 cm.
  • Export carton of 10 spools with published dimensions for freight planning.

07 — Before You Ask

Filament Sourcing, Answered Directly

Which materials do you currently offer?
Our current catalog covers PLA, PLA+, Matte PLA and PETG across 21 series — including Silk, Rainbow, Marble, Wood, Glow, color-changing and carbon/glass-fiber options. ABS, ASA and TPU are not part of the current range.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard quotation bands begin at 10+ spools, followed by 100+, 500+ and 1,000+. Ten spools is not a universal MOQ for every material, color or packaging project. Selected in-stock products may support small trial orders, and customized packaging uses a reference MOQ of 1,000 spools per design.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is around 10–15 days, subject to material, color, order quantity, packaging requirements and the confirmed production schedule.
Can you match a custom color?
Yes. A physical color sample is preferred for the best accuracy. Pantone codes and reference images can also be used, but slight color differences may occur due to material, production batch and display conditions. A color-matching fee may apply and may be waived for qualifying volume orders.
How is the filament packed?
Each 1kg spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant and packed in an individual box. Standard export carton: 10 spools, 34 × 22.5 × 41.6 cm, approx. 13.1 kg gross, 0.031824 CBM.
Are you a factory?
FilaSource is a supply brand of Shenzhen Mu Mao Trading Co., Ltd. Production is coordinated through a manufacturing partner assessed by Intertek for production, quality-control and traceability capabilities (Report 494309880_P, valid through 14 August 2027).
