PETG Filament Manufacturer — 7 Series incl. CF & GF

Choose the PETG series around the parts your customers print, not around the size of the catalog. Compare Basic, five visual series and two fiber-filled options on one 1.75mm / 1kg format, then validate selected SKUs before planning wholesale volume.

01 — The Seven Series

PETG Series Lineup — Visual Range and Reinforcement Under One Spec

Five series serve retail and visual ranges; two reinforced series serve functional parts. All seven share the same diameter, tolerance and spool format.

02 — Processing Facts

PETG Starts at the Pellet — Drying Before Extrusion

PETG is chosen where parts need to survive handling, and solid series can carry a translucent finish that PLA basics do not. Consistency starts before extrusion: the assessed partner runs 30 pellet dryers, so material enters the 71 extruder lines in a controlled condition. Reinforced series add stiffness — PETG-CF and PETG-GF are built for parts where rigidity matters more than surface gloss.

  • Nozzle 220–255°C / bed 50–80°C (from current labels).
  • 1.75mm diameter, stated tolerance ±0.02mm, 1kg per spool.
  • Pellet drying on 30 dryers before extrusion; QC coverage on all lines.
  • Each spool vacuum-sealed with desiccant before boxing.

03 — Applications

Where PETG Filament Earns Its Place

Four application patterns we see across B2B buyers. No performance guarantees — validate each use on your printers with a sample.

01 / FUNCTIONAL PARTS

Parts That Get Handled

Brackets, housings, fixtures and other parts chosen for durability in day-to-day use rather than shelf appearance. PETG Basic and the reinforced series are the usual starting points.

02 / BEYOND THE DESK

Use Outside the Print Room

Buyers often specify PETG for parts that leave the desk and see real handling. We publish no weatherproof or UV-resistance claims — test under your actual conditions before specifying.

03 / RETAIL VISUAL SERIES

Color Ranges with Durability

Dopamine, Metallic, Marble and Rainbow give retail ranges visual variety while keeping PETG’s character — useful where a colorful part also has to last.

04 / REINFORCEMENT

Stiffness on Demand

PETG-CF and PETG-GF add stiffness for parts where rigidity leads the requirement. Compare both against your part geometry with samples before choosing.

04 — Before You Ask

PETG Filament — Questions Buyers Ask First

When should I choose PETG instead of PLA?
PETG is typically chosen where part durability leads the requirement, and where the processing range fits your machines — nozzle 220–255°C / bed 50–80°C from current labels, versus 200–230°C / 45–65°C for PLA. For visual-first retail ranges, PLA series often lead instead.
Are PETG-CF and PETG-GF available at wholesale volumes?
Yes — reinforced series are quoted under the same 10+ / 100+ / 500+ / 1,000+ planning bands as the rest of the PETG family. Availability and lead time depend on material, color, quantity, packaging and schedule, confirmed with your quotation.
How do we validate PETG on our machines before ordering?
Request test samples and print them within the current label ranges on your own equipment. Sample details are confirmed per project, and selected in-stock products may support small trial orders.
