02 — Processing Facts
PLA Processing Facts from Current Labels
The numbers your team needs to validate PLA are on the label — and they are the same across all nine series. Production at the Intertek-assessed manufacturing partner holds the stated tolerance with QC coverage on all lines, and every spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant before boxing, so the filament arrives in the condition it left the line.
- Diameter 1.75mm, stated tolerance ±0.02mm.
- Net weight 1kg per spool.
- Nozzle 200–230°C / bed 45–65°C (from current labels).
- Vacuum bag + desiccant + individual box per spool.

03 — OEM & Custom Colors
Private-label PLA, Matched to Your Colors
OEM PLA runs with your labels, color boxes, spools, barcodes and instruction manuals. Custom colors are matched from a physical sample (preferred for accuracy), a Pantone reference or an image — with slight differences possible due to material, batch and display conditions. A color-matching fee may apply and may be waived for qualifying volume orders.
