Filament for Education: Confirm the Product, Documents and Date Before Approval
Turn a classroom or project requirement into a written scope covering product, quantity, packing, available documents and the schedule that procurement needs to review.

01 — Project Reality
Three Risks Behind Every Education Order
The product is only part of the requirement. Documentation and suitability decide whether procurement can approve it — and the date decides whether it mattered.
Delivery against fixed dates
Semester starts and project reviews do not move. A late shipment is not an inconvenience — it is a plan that fails.
Documentation for procurement
Procurement needs papers that clearly state product, quantity and supplier. Vague answers stall approval — or end the inquiry.
Suitability questions
Which material fits a classroom of first-time users, and which fits parts that must survive real use? The answer decides the whole order.

02 — How FilaSource Responds
Give Procurement One Written Scope to Review
The scope of an education order is confirmed before production — and held consistent through it.
- Written scope confirmation. Product, quantity, documents and delivery are returned in writing before the order — so procurement files one confirmation, not a message thread.
- Packing data for logistics. Export carton: 10 spools, 34 × 22.5 × 41.6 cm, approx. 13.1 kg gross, 0.031824 CBM — published so your logistics side can plan handling and volume.
- Material guidance for classroom use. PLA is the standard choice for classroom environments; PETG is the option where durability matters more. Print ranges come from current labels.
- Consistent spec across the order. Every spool ships at 1.75mm with a stated tolerance of ±0.02mm and 1kg net — one series, one specification, across the whole quantity.
03 — Project Scope
The Scope Table for Education & Project Orders
Five items, each confirmed in writing before production starts.
| Scope item | What is confirmed | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Product & series | Material, series and color | Current catalog: PLA (9 series), PLA+ (3), Matte PLA (2), PETG (7) |
| Quantity & band | Order size mapped to a quotation band | Bands at 10+ / 100+ / 500+ / 1,000+ spools; selected in-stock products may support trial orders |
| Documents required | The documentation procurement needs | CE & RoHS documentation available under Shenzhen Mu Mao Trading Co., Ltd.; further documents confirmed per project |
| Packing & delivery | Carton data and destination | 10 spools per carton; 34 × 22.5 × 41.6 cm; approx. 13.1 kg gross; 0.031824 CBM |
| Schedule confirmation | Lead time confirmed in writing | Around 10–15 days standard, subject to material, color, quantity, packaging and the production schedule |
04 — How It Works
From Requirement to a Confirmed Delivery
Define the requirement
Product, quantity, documents, destination and the date that cannot move.
Receive written scope confirmation
We return a confirmation covering product, quantity, documents, packing and schedule — a document procurement can file.
Production & inspection
Production runs against the confirmed scope with written inspection records; the lead time was confirmed in writing before it started.
Delivery & repeat records
Delivery against the confirmed schedule, with lot and order records kept — so next semester’s reorder matches this one.
05 — Before You Ask
