Products & Materials
Which materials do you offer?
PLA, PLA+, Matte PLA and PETG — 21 series in total. PLA covers 9 series (Basic, Macaron Basic, Marble, Rainbow, Wood, Chroma, Thermo, PLA-CF, Glow Single Color), PLA+ covers 3 (Basic, Silk, Silk Rainbow), Matte PLA covers 2 (Basic, Rainbow) and PETG covers 7 (Basic, Dopamine, Metallic, Marble, Rainbow, PETG-CF, PETG-GF). ABS, ASA and TPU are not part of the current range.
What are the printing temperatures?
From current labels: PLA prints at 200–230°C nozzle with a 45–65°C bed; PETG at 220–255°C nozzle with a 50–80°C bed. PLA+ and Matte PLA follow the PLA range. Final settings depend on your printer, series, nozzle and environment — validate them with test prints before scaling.
What diameters and spool sizes?
Every series ships at 1.75mm diameter with a stated tolerance of ±0.02mm, wound on 1kg spools. One shared spec across all four families keeps your SKUs, listings and carton planning comparable.
Ordering & MOQ
What is the MOQ?
There is no universal MOQ. Quotation bands start at 10+ spools, then 100+, 500+ and 1,000+. Selected in-stock products may support small trial orders, and customized packaging uses a reference MOQ of 1,000 spools per design — confirmed per project.
How do quotes work?
For a comparable quote we need four inputs: material or series, monthly volume, packaging (standard or OEM) and destination. Quotes are structured around the 10+ / 100+ / 500+ / 1,000+ bands, so pricing stays comparable across inquiries.
Can I place a small trial order?
Selected in-stock products may support small trial orders. Availability depends on the specific series and color at the time — confirm the option with us before you plan around it.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is around 10–15 days, subject to material, color, order quantity, packaging requirements and the confirmed production schedule.
Packaging & Colors
How is the filament packed?
Each 1kg spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant and packed in an individual box (21.1 × 19.8 × 6.3 cm). Standard export carton: 10 spools, 34 × 22.5 × 41.6 cm, approx. 13.1 kg gross, 0.031824 CBM — published for freight planning.
Can you match custom colors?
Yes. A physical color sample is preferred for the best accuracy. Pantone codes and reference images are also possible, with a reasonable difference allowance due to material, batch and display conditions. A color-matching fee may apply and may be waived for qualifying volume orders.
Company & Documents
Which certificates are available?
