1. About this site
This website is operated by Shenzhen Mu Mao Trading Co., Ltd. under the FilaSource brand. It is a B2B product and sourcing information site. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Information, not a promise
Product information on this site — including series names, the 1.75mm diameter with a stated tolerance of ±0.02mm, 1kg spool format, packaging and export-carton dimensions, print-temperature ranges and lead-time indications — is provided for planning and comparison. It is stated in good faith from current labels and records, but it is information, not a contractual guarantee. Final specifications, availability and timing are confirmed per order and per project. You should validate any material on your own printers and settings before scaling an order.
3. Quotation bands are not a minimum order quantity
The bands shown on this site (10+, 100+, 500+ and 1,000+ spools) are quotation reference bands used to structure comparable pricing. They are not a published minimum order quantity. Actual minimums, trial-order availability and any customized-packaging reference MOQ (1,000 spools per design) are confirmed per project. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract; a contract arises only when we confirm an order in writing.
4. Samples and quotes
We do not promise free samples or instant quotes on this site. A “Request Test Samples” submission asks us to prepare a sample proposal; a “Build My Volume Quote” submission asks us to prepare a comparable quote. Sample availability, any sample cost, payment terms and quote validity are stated to you individually in our reply.
5. Manufacturing & assessment claims
Production is supported by an Intertek-assessed manufacturing partner (assessment Report 494309880_P, valid through 14 August 2027). Where we cite facility facts — such as site area, number of production lines, quality-control staffing or test printers — these are attributes of that assessed partner and are presented as such. We do not represent that FilaSource owns or operates that facility, and an assessment report is not a product certification. CE and RoHS documentation is made available under Shenzhen Mu Mao Trading Co., Ltd.; other technical documents are listed only once originals are confirmed.
6. Intellectual property
The FilaSource name, logo, site design, text and original tables on this site are the property of Shenzhen Mu Mao Trading Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. You may use this material to evaluate a potential business relationship, but not republish or reuse it commercially without written consent.
7. Your submissions
Information you submit through a form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the inquiry on behalf of your organisation.
