7 PETG series
Basic · Dopamine · Metallic · Marble · Rainbow · PETG-CF · PETG-GF — decorative to structural.
Engineering grades available
CF (carbon fiber) for stiffness and a matte technical finish; GF (glass fiber) for dimensional stability under load.
Low-warp formulation
PETG’s natural advantage over ABS. Suitable for open-frame printers, with no heated enclosure needed.
PETG Range
7 PETG Series From Decorative to Structural
One qualified PETG source that covers both your retail décor SKUs and the functional, higher-margin engineering parts your customers keep asking for.

PETG Basic
Reliable functional printing with good clarity options. The PETG foundation.

Dopamine
Bright, saturated colors for maximum retail energy.

Metallic
Metal-like sheen with no post-processing or painting.

Marble
Stone texture combined with PETG durability. Layer lines disappear.

Rainbow
Multi-color transition with PETG strength.

PETG-CF
Carbon-fiber reinforced. Stiff, matte, professional — for jigs, fixtures and structural parts.

PETG-GF
Glass-fiber reinforced. Maximum dimensional stability under sustained load.
PETG technical specifications

Single-source Exposure
PETG Sourcing Risks We Help You Hedge
Your functional-part customers are the most demanding and the most loyal — until a stringy, warped batch makes them doubt the material you sold them.
“You need strength, but ABS warps and smells”
ABS demands enclosures and ventilation — cost and complexity your customers don’t want.
→ PETG delivers impact resistance and chemical durability with minimal warping, suitable for open-frame printers — no enclosure or ventilation upgrades needed.
“You can’t find engineering-grade PETG from your current supplier”
CF/GF reinforced PETG is where functional-print margins live — and many suppliers simply don’t carry it.
→ PETG-CF for stiffness and a matte technical finish; PETG-GF for dimensional stability under sustained load. Both available for second-source qualification.
“PETG stringing makes production prints inconsistent”
Stringing and oozing drive rework and scrap on production runs — and erode trust in the material.
→ Our PETG is formulated and validated for low stringing, and 15 on-site test printers verify print behavior before release. A recommended settings sheet ships with every batch — you validate on your own equipment during qualification.
What single-source exposure actually costs
| Risk scenario | What it costs you | How a verified second source hedges it |
|---|---|---|
| Primary supplier factory incident / shutdown | 30–90 days of full stockout, channel erosion | A qualified backup can start production within 15 days |
| Critical SKU delivery slippage | Peak-season stockout, expedited shipping eats your margin | Second source absorbs 30–50% of critical SKU volume |
| Batch quality drift on reorder | Rising returns, negative reviews, channel trust loss | Dual-source batch data enables objective comparison and rapid SKU-level switching |
| Primary supplier price increase | Zero negotiating leverage — accept it or restart a 6–12 month qualification | A verified backup on your AVL = immediate, real leverage |
| Currency / tariff / geopolitical shock | A single-source structure has no buffer | A multi-source structure gives you an adjustment window |
| Primary supplier acquired / line discontinued | Forced restart of supplier qualification from scratch | Second source already qualified — seamless SKU transfer |
Factory Evidence
See the Production Floor Behind Your Backup Supply
Do not take “we are a factory” on trust. Review the extrusion and winding equipment, in-line diameter control, raw-material handling, QC records and batch print validation — then audit the facility before approval.

Qualification Evidence
Give QA the Evidence Before They Ask
Review measurable tolerance, lot-level traceability, inspection records and the independent production assessment before approving samples or placing a trial order.

- In-line diameter monitoring — ±0.02 mm tolerance held throughout production
- Vacuum-sealed with desiccant — a moisture barrier around every spool
- 100% finished inspection plus random sampling, lot by lot
- Full batch traceability — from raw-material pellet to the spool you receive

Intertek Production Assessment
Intertek reviewed the manufacturing facility on August 14, 2026 (Report No. 494309880_P, valid through August 2027). The report identifies the assessed entity as “Partner Company of Shenzhen Mu Mao Trading Co., Ltd.” and covers production processes, quality control and traceability. We can send the full report before sampling so your QA and procurement teams can assess the relationship and evidence directly.

How It Works
Qualify a Backup Source in 8–12 Weeks
Keep your primary supplier in place. Start with 2–3 critical SKUs, define pass/fail criteria, compare two production batches and approve only what meets your process.
Fit call Week 0
Identify 2–3 critical SKUs and define technical, commercial and documentation requirements.
Samples Week 1–2
Receive samples from two production batches and test them on your own equipment.
Trial order Week 3–6
Run 10+ mixed spools and compare consistency, documentation, lead time and landed cost.
Approved backup Week 7–12
Add the approved SKUs to your AVL and agree capacity plus activation lead time.
Next Step
Request Pricing, Samples and QC Documents
Send the material, colors, expected volume and destination. We will reply within 12 business hours with the next-step scope, lead time and estimated landed cost. If you are still defining the project, write “send qualification pack”.
- No obligation and no switch required — you keep your current supplier.
- We can pre-send the Intertek report and QC docs for your audit.
- Your identity, volumes and supplier relationships are never disclosed without written authorization.
